The quality of my order was superb. Navigating the ‘make-your-own’ ribbon function was disappointing. I had to get a hold of customer service to access my archives and basically copy an existing style from there. I was told the system will be reset to a more user-friendly format after the first of the year
In short, I am satisfied with the product and hope to see the improvements next year!
