The quality of the ribbons were exceptional! I have some from years ago that are still in good condition. They seem to weather well. My most recent order was purchased as gifts for students. The color schemes that were available were all beautiful, and even though I designed the ribbons myself, the end result makes me so happy! Because no one is perfect, to those who say "it must be too good to be true," I say yes. I find their ribbon designer application to be a little lacking, compared to some other design programs. It's nothing fancy, and it gets the job done. So if I had to find some complaint, this would be it. But even with this "issue" I was able to design around those "missing" features. (Features like a less clunky text box, sizing, snapping, etc.)
