Customer service is phenomenal! Had a last minute order to place for an event the following week and their representative Kylie was very kind and helpful! My order ended up arriving two whole days before the event and I couldn't be happier with the quality and how easy it is to design the ribbons. Definitely plan on ordering again in the future!
