The website was easy to use. We were able to customized our rosette and place our order within an hour. Unfortunately, due to the color of the inside ribbon, the customized lettering wouldn't turn out so Ribbon's Galore team did an excellent job redesigning and letting us know right away. Their customer service was excellent, prompt, and they were easy to work with. We received our order earlier than expected and the quality is amazing. We ended up ordering another 100 more ribbons.
