I didn't receive what I ordered because they improved it beyond my expectations! Called me prior to printing and went over their suggestion for graphic improvements to my custom ribbons. I agreed completely. Ribbons received a couple of days ahead of what was requested. Really great value! I will definitely use Ribbons Galore!
