I can't compliment this company enough! We needed custom rosette ribbons and Ribbons Galore delivered in more ways than one. Not only were the ribbons beautiful and top quality - exactly what we wanted - the absolute strength of this company is their customer service! Every single person I spoke to there was kind and helpful; they reviewed our first order and called to suggest a lower-priced item that the rep thought might be closer to what we were trying to accomplish (and she was absolutely right!) Our second order needed to be turned around more quickly than their standard rush policy - not only did Dan go out of his way to make sure that it could get it done in time for our event, he personally guided the order through the process. As this was for a non-profit fundraiser, the icing on the cake was to find out that there weren't any additional rush charges added. I can't say enough good about this company! I won't hesitate to order from them again.
