The customer service at Ribbons Galore is exceptional! I ordered two different sets of ribbons: one red writing on black, and the other black writing on red. However, I didn't see that the color I for the writing I had chosen was orange and not red. Within minutes of placing my order, somebody from Ribbons Galore called and asked if I had meant to choose red. I am very happy with how the ribbons came out.
