We designed and ordered ribbons 2 years ago. The design process was very easy and the employees when I called in for assistance were very helpful. This year we reordered. I had to contact RG because the log in/password wouldn't work. Again, the employee I spoke with was very helpful and it was a quick/easy fix to reset the log in/password.. I love that they kept the design we came up with in their system so it wouldn't need to be redesigned. I would highly recommend this company if you wanted to design your own ribbons. MJ.
