The folks at Ribbons Galore were very helpful and friendly. After designing some ribbons, they message you back with the image of what the finished product will look like. That is very helpful as it gives you a chance to check for accuracy. The product was done exactly as I wanted and even arrived a day earlier than expected. I couldn't be happier.
