Well first of all there was some miscommunication. I did not receive my first sash I ordered, but I did receive the second one. I spoke to customer service and they said it showed it had been delivered . I looked....but not hard enough. It was in a fern I have on the front porch. So after all was said and done, I did receive both sashes, and let me tell you, they are exactly what I hoped they would look like. I am beyond pleased.
