Great customer service! I designed my own ribbon, but had issues with the online portal. I called them, spoke with Kiley Bales, and she was more than happy to make it happen via e-mail. She made the whole process effortless and fun, and the ribbons arrived on cue and turned out fantastic! Why would I go anywhere else for my ribbons?
