RibbonsGalore helped optimize my design, and I loved how it turned out. The quick turn-around let me act on a late inspiration and still have the ribbons in time for my event. The fact that the team at Ribbons obviously "got" my design and the event that it was for, and included their own Whovian ribbons with my order made me really happy. ("I eat ribbons for breakfast..." ;-)). I will definitely use Ribbons Galore again for future cons. (Any ideas for Discworld ribbons?)
