Jordan at Ribbon Galore always does a great job for us. This year I changed the mascot on our ribbon and he was able to make the modification quickly and did not charge extra. I was very busy and kept forgetting to submit my order. He did not complain about having to give me several days worth of updated shipping info. The order arrived on time and was correct!
