The quality of the ribbons from Ribbons Galore is far and away the best. When I order from them, I always know they will give me exactly what I want - perfect, beautiful ribbons that my organization can be proud giving. I believe their online ribbon designer could use some work, the instructions are not as clear as they could be. If the help feature were better I wouldn't have had to ask so many questions. I still give them 5 stars for their product, 4 stars for the website that showed me exactly what I would get and 5 stars for the very helpful and patient staff.
