Excellent service. When I had trouble getting the result I wanted on the internet I called and talked to a representative that looked up what I had ordered in the past, listened to what I had in mind this time and within an hour had emailed a sample to me. When I didn't like one of the colors I had selected he happily made a new sample and emailed me that. I was told when the Ribbons would arrive and they came a day early. Great quality from a great company.
