Received ribbons in time, all looked great. The "change charge" added $9 to my order. Initially I questioned it because I'd made no changes..... It was explained to me that when they go from one ribbon to the next, there is a charge to change. Hmmmm. I thought that ribbon printing was what the company did, and obviously, ribbons change, so why is the customer charged. It's not the money as much as the principal. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.
