I ordered participant ribbons with no problem. The website did not allow me to order the other two types I wanted so contacted Ribbons Galore from the site. The next morning I missed a phone call from them so they sent me an email letting me know they had resolved my problem and all my ribbons were on order. Received them a couple days later as they promised. Really quite happy with the service.
