I have ordered from Ribbons Galore twice and they have always had wonderful, responsive customer service. I love that they share proof images before creating the order. I had been worried how one of my ribbons was going to look based on my choice of ribbon color and foil color, and they were able to provide me first-hand confirmation that it looked how I wanted it to.
