When I placed my most recent order, I did it over the phone. Tory was a huge help with my re-design! The ribbons arrived in good time for Gallifrey One, and were happily exchanged for many, many other ribbons at the event. Having dealt with other ribbon manufacturers (on the receiving end, I've only ever order from Ribbons Galore), I find the quality lacking. Ribbons Galore has the best glue of all of them, and really, that is one of the more important qualities in a ribbon that's stacked with many others. When asked where one should order ribbons, there's only one company I recommend. High quality glue, great customer service and an easy-to-use interface makes all the difference in the world. ~DragonMakr
