Replacing a 14 month old sony blue ray player that had stopped working was never going to be fun, but the friendly helpful advice and service at Richer Sounds took the sting out. The salesman checked all the brands to see which model would play .mkv files and is DNLA compliant I went for a Pioneer model, recommended for its build quality and performance. When I mentioned I was unsure, the reply was if your not happy with it just bring it back. Win Win !
