Ok basically I visit many shops, and these days all I find is people that really don't want to be there.
They give me the same old story "yes mate if its not on the shelf we aint got it", don't come in here to mess me about buy what you want and the get out.
Seems that you are running a much more traditional set up where for once you can get an excellent service and I can speak to people that really know the product and care.
