Very pleased with my overall Richer Sounds experience whilst purchasing a hi-fi system. After making many purchases over the years I recently had an issue regarding a purchase but this was quickly put right. It's good to know that the overall customer experience is at the heart of what Richer Sounds do, plus they know what they're talking about. Will use again in the future.
