I bought a lcd tv 5 years ago with supercare cover .
the tv failed near the end of its 5 year guarantee. after I phoned richer sounds the tv was collected swiftly & an authorisation for a new tv was given within days.
I was offered a loan unit too to cover the period in-between !!
I picked up my brand new & sealed tv today and the service from Andrew and Brighton was absolutely excellent.
