I had the weird experience of dealing with them only phone and email while buying a new turntable, amp and speakers, because of COVID. They were nonetheless phenomenally helpful, gave me great advice, and were patient when I kept changing my mind about kit, and generally faffing about. Rob and Rosie in particular were super-helpful.
