Bought a Humax Graded Fox Freeview Recorder for my 85 year-young mum to record Strictly semi -final. On watching playback, shutdown after approx 1 hour. Tried 2x next morning and same thing. Phoned the Glasgow store - immediate replacement over the phone and an upgrade product set aside for collection next time in Glasgow. Brilliant!
