Outstanding service from Simon Riley ( not sure about the surname, sorry) at the Glasgow shop. I phoned regarding a soundbar option for my daughter's new home as the TV audio was really poor. Simon advised on the best options and we eventually decided on the Denon 416. It was priced outside my daughter's budget of £150 but Simon explained some of the issues with the “budget” soundbars but didn't try and upsell, giving me options within budget to. I have to commend Richer Sounds for having someone as polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Simon also managed to reduce the price to come a little closer to budget, which he didn't need to do, which was kind and a very classy thing to do. Thanks again to Richer Sounds and Simon, outstanding customer service and price better than anywhere. Please pass on my thanks
