Visited your store last Saturday to buy hi fi equipment, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes without any form of acknowledgement, there were 3 staff members and only 2 other customers, surely it would be polite to say hello and apologise for the wait, I got fed up and left, I'll try somewhere else.
