Two days ago I wrote about brilliant Paul sorting out an on going problem not of their causing, now I have to tell you about Dan, what a nice patient man who insisted that he would hang onto the phone (assisting an old git, my words ) setting up his new Sonos system. Without a doubt it would have been put back in the box and excuses made as to why I did not want to use it. After an hour plus I made head way, not once did I feel I was causing him any bother explaining in GREAT detail where I was going wrong. Just brilliant service a total pleasure to deal with.............Thank you
