I went knowing what I wanted (micro hifi) and my price range. Didn't have the particular item I'd looked at online and only had the one I bought in black not silver (who cares?), but if you're willing to be flexible you'll find a reasonable equivalent. Staff didn't try to strong-arm me into buying other stuff, though I was offered an extended warranty. A bit of a wait at the till, but that goes with the territory.
