I brought a digital TV recorder 4.years ago and it started to freeze and jump sections. I dug out my receipt and saw I'd purchased a 5 year super care policy. (Phew). Fantastic customer service when I took my old set back for repair- friendly, efficient and came away with a replacement unit and a new super care policy. Very happy with the outcome and even more so with the service. It's what keeps me coming back to Richer Sounds.
