I telephoned to reserve my new TV and was impressed how helpful David was. When I went to collect it I was served by Leon who was also very helpful. He quickly found the tv that was reserved for me and even carried it to my car.
It is always a pleasure to shop at Richer Sounds as I know the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
