The staff in this shop certainly know their job. After trawling the internet for a few days , we decided to go have a look at Richer Sounds. So glad we did. The wealth of knowledge that came from John, the deputy manager & Will, his colleague, was outstanding. So helpful & answered every question we threw at them, with confidence. After a bit of deliberation, we decided on the product we wanted. John & Will could not have been more helpful. Saw the same product on Curry’s website, for the same price but it wasn’t the fact that Richer Sounds gave us a 6yr guarantee that swayed us, it was the level of service that we had received. Second to none. A Five star service with a Five star attitude. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys .
