Bought a tv 6 months ago . Tv was fine but remote control was going through a new pair of batteries every month. Reported it to the Preston branch and less than one week later received a new remote ,from the manufacturers ,through the post. I was very impressed with the shop salesman ( think he was called David ) and the service that I got.
