“Bought a tv 6 months ago . Tv was fine but remote control was going through a new pair of batteries every month. Reported it to the Preston branch and less than one week later received a new remote ,from the manufacturers ,through the post. I was very impressed with the shop salesman ( think he was called David ) and the service that I got.

“My mum bought a tv last year with a 6 year warranty , it became faulty on 5th June , and taken for repair , we have now been told that there is no estimated date for the repair , we understand in the current situation about delays for parts what we don’t get is the attitude of the staff on the phone , either buy another tv or sit and wait, she’s 89 years old being shielded and lonely watching a old tiny tv that’s not working so good , now why should we have to buy another tv , you have someone to collect the tv so why not just replace the old one , what have we paid a 6 year warranty for , and as for buy another one or sit and wait how bad is that”

“I listened to the hi Fi Package (£188 cheaper than buying the cd, amp and speakers separately) I had chosen which was set up in the listening room,. The friendly Mike demonstrated it and answered all my questions and I was given a coffee and time to relax and listen to the music I'd brought.
When I got home I had a couple of minor setup questions I needed to have confirmed so I rang the shop and Rosa answered and she was lovely and helpful and helped me in a matter of minutes.
I got a great deal and my system sounds great . I 'll definitely shop there again.”
