Always a good sign when the shop and team are busy! John served me my headphones that I had reserved over the telephone, and then as we discussed other items I was interested in, he took us through to the demo room to explain in more detail. Needless to say, we will be back in a few weeks and we have booked a proper demo slot. Thanks for a good value purchase.
