I bought a Panasonic TV from the Solihull store. Four days after my purchase the price was reduced from £749 to £599. I contacted the store and with no quibble whatsoever they agreed to reconsider my deal and give me a refund to take into account the very recent price reduction. Top marks as far as I'm concerned. Also, all at the store were friendly and very helpful. They watched for traffic wardens and willingly helped load the television into the car in the rain. I recommend them fully. Following this experience, I will definitely look to Richer Sounds for future purchases as being a fair and above board supplier who looks after their customers during and more importantly, as far as I'm concerned, after the sale has been made.
