I bought a Samsung TV from Richer Sounds, and it has become faulty within 6 months, and they won't replace it.
I spoke with Samsung, and they advised that they couldn't repair it, but Richer Sounds won't replace or refund it.
I am having to take this to my credit card company, and then small claims court which I shouldn't have the hassle of doing.
Terrible customer service, and the last time I will buy from them which is a shame, as I have bought all my TV's from them.
