My Samsung TV developed a fault after five years a ten months which meant it was very close to the end of the generous Richer Sounds guarantee. I contacted the branch where I purchased the TV and was asked to carry out a few tests.
As soon as RS we’re sure there was a genuine fault I was put in touch with the repair dept and a collection was arranged. The TV was repaired and returned at no charge within two weeks.
I cannot speak highly enough of RS would not hesitate to recommend them.
