I purchased a selection of items in advance of collecting a new pet. The given expected date of arrival was satisfactory for all items.
None arrived - not even dispatched before the pet arrived, yet no communication whatsoever from the company. Apparently it was not all in stock (despite order info to contrary) and nothing is dispatched until entire order is in stock. I’m still waiting on back order and therefore need to source from elsewhere with no notice.
