Scammed.
Purchased a Barbour care kit box, where the image on the website clearly and unequivocally shows a large box of 400ml.
I paid the amount due, and received a kit with the small 200 ml can of wax. I ask for clarifications: they told me that the content in ml of wax is not explicitly reported on their site and that the image represented there is distorted.
You are not satified with the product, and want to send it back to them? The delivery cost is on you (11 euros)!
