Ride panda’s customer service is excellent. I had a concern when my roadster came marked as a size medium when a small was ordered. Sarah followed up contacting the shipper for an explanation with the mixup. She later assured me that the bike inside the box was a size small per the specs. Whatever the reason, I got what I wanted.
