Well, customer service has been communicative at least, so add one star for that. I was sent the wrong size bike, though. This bike was also missing several necessary parts, so even then, I couldn’t try it out. It’s been a few weeks, and while customer service is responsive to my questions, they still haven’t given me any real answers, much less taken concrete action steps to get the right bike or parts to me!
