Customer service was pretty good.
But the ride 1 up core 500 is awesome! I absolutely love it.It’s very fast and sturdy all the components are high quality and the battery gets a decent range.it has a built in headlight and even a built walk assist feature that you can engage to give you a little help while walking your bike.
