RidePanda has turned a 1 star review to a 5 star review and a customer for life. I bought a bike from RidePanda and had some significant issues. Sarah got in touch with me and said she would make it right, I was skeptical due to the issues that had been going on. If you are looking for an eBike you should buy from RidePanda. They will stand behind their product and will ensure you are a satisfied customer. Even when the customer doesn't think that there is a way to make it right. If I could give RidePanda a 10 start review I would do so. You can feel confident that you will get a working product and the after sales support is off the chart. I would highly recommend their setup service, Carson got my bike tuned up and running like a champ!
