I bought these boots the winter before last and wore them intermittently for a max of 3 months. I wrote to Rieker last winter as on one boot the leather had peeled. Obviously a manufacturing fault. Their response was to tell me to take them back to the shop I’d bought them in and I had no idea. I have bought over 10 pairs of Rieker in the last 4 years. But no more. If the manufacturer won’t take responsibility for a fault, I am not going to spend more money on their product.
