My son bought me boots for Christmas and they were to big , my husband recycled the return label and i had the hardest time getting someone from rieker to return my call. Finally after two weeks of calling i get my label and return my boots wait another two weeks and i have to get a hold of them again just to be told they look like i wore them . If theming them on and walk around my living room once is wearing them i guess they dont sell the shoes you try on in the store because someone wore them.
