I purchased trainers after only four months or so the upper material started to delaminates. I thought I had bought quality instead of a cheap trainer. I contacted Rieker, by email with photos of the delamination, they did not want to know, said I had to return them to the shop where I’d purchased them. Couldn’t do this as I no longer had the receipt. Contacted Rieker again (twice) and they just did not want to know just quoting the usual consumer rights stuff. Rieker quality to me is very questionable, I will not be purchasing Rieker again nor recommending them either!
