Purchased a pair of ankle boots for indoors (work). In less than a year they are coming apart. The sole is lifting and the stitching is coming apart. The front of the boot is is wearing off (looks like I dragged it through gravel). When I tried to wipe down with a damp cloth the colour is coming off the boot. This is my first purchase from Rieker, and my last. I will go back to Josef Siebel they are better quality for the same price. I contacted the company via email, received an auto response indicating they would get back to me in 24 hours, it's been almost two weeks with no response. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and their customer service.
