I bought these shoes a year ago. I called customer service, they gave me an email address to write to, I had to send three emails, they asked for pictures of the damages, I sent them these, they replied requesting that I contact the retailer with the receipt, which I had said several times in the emails that I had already did, although I had no receipt. These were my first and for sure my last pair of Rieker. Never again. Poor quality, and terrible after sale customer service.
