I have brought 2 pairs of shoes from your high street store over the past 2 years. The first pair were ruined by a store worker when they put the wrong waterproof on and permanently changed the colour of them! The second have cracked across the tops on both shoes but the store staff have refused to help as the shoes are over 6 months old. They've hardly been worn! The soles proved this. I am discusted at the service and cannot believe your expensive shoes are only guaranteed for 6 months! Is this true and if so, what has happened to our consumer rights. Please advise.
